I can't open Jordy Video Downloader. When I open, I receive this eror message Quote:Could not create a SingleInstanceTracker Object:
Failed to instantiate a new SingleInstanceTracker object. See InnerException for more details. I like this software. Easy to use in chrome browser. I hope it will fix soon.

HI, The error has been fixed and you can download and reinstall it from our servers. We've updated the files today with new version.

 Same problem, but a little different, just installed the latest version and when I ran the Jordy Downloader appeared that:  Portugues:Mesmo Problema,mas um pouco diferente,acabei de instalar a ultima versão e quando executei o Jordy Downloader apareceu isso:

You need to install "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 10.0 SP1 x86" in order to run the software. You can find the link at http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8328
